The 1 Day course is “Classroom” based and looks at the total customer journey from beginning to end, exploring each step that need to be taken, why those steps are taken and how that will help take you to a successful sale.

The 2 Day course includes Day 1 with the second day being more detailed and focused. It will involve a lot of role play and practical demonstrations, including actually performing a Part Ex Appraisal, a Static Demo, a Test Drive, Trial Closes, Negotiations, Handling Objections and Closing the deal.

We also do some work on the phone, calling actual customers who have made Email and Internet enquiries, plus following up past walk-in customers and phone enquiries.

The second day helps to solidify what’s been learned in Day 1, with the practical element meaning delegates are able to put that knowledge into practice in a role play situation, so they are more confident and able to do the same thing when they return to the dealership.
